Our Vision

"Another Step Toward a Better Tomorrow"

EM Systems aims to realize a sustainable society through its business, based on its management philosophy of "continuing to contribute to the health of people and the planet.

In order to fully implement our sustainability initiatives, we are focusing on activities to deeply integrate the resolution of these issues into management under the slogan “One Step Beyond Today, Toward a Better Tomorrow” by taking a fresh look at the social issues and internal and external challenges that EM Systems must address.

In 2021, we formulated four materiality issues to serve as important guidelines in promoting sustainability management, but in order to further strengthen the linkage with our management strategy and increase its effectiveness, we reviewed the materiality issues in 2025 and are currently working on three materiality issues.

As a company that supports people's safe and secure lifestyles and continues to contribute to the health of people and the planet, EM Systems will work to realize a decarbonized society and create an organization and company that is even more comfortable to work for, while deepening dialogue with our stakeholders. Through our business activities, we will work together with everyone in society to solve social issues.

Message from Top Management

Our management philosophy, “Continuously contributing to the health of people and the planet,” is an unwavering guideline for our efforts to realize a sustainable society and continue to be an integral part of the world. We recognize that addressing climate change and contributing to the maintenance of your health is a fundamental mission that we must fulfill as a company.
To embody this philosophy, we are pursuing a wide range of initiatives to achieve our business goals while contributing to society and the environment.
First, we will further deepen our contribution to this industry by providing digital solutions that will open the way to the future of medical and nursing care. In addition to developing systems that utilize advanced technologies, we will work closely with government policies and actively contribute to the promotion of medical DX, thereby powerfully encouraging change in the medical and long-term care field.
Second, we will ensure a secure information infrastructure and governance that builds trust from our customers. We will establish a foundation of trust in the digital society by continuously enhancing security measures to the highest standards and building a strong information management system so that our customers can use our services with confidence.
And we are promoting specific activities to realize the “health of people and the planet” that will support the sustainable growth of the EM Systems Group. In particular, we will strengthen our investment in human capital, foster an organizational culture in which diverse human resources can maximize their abilities, and develop an environment that supports the growth and health of each and every employee. We will also contribute to the health of society as a whole through our business activities, including efforts to reduce our environmental footprint to help combat global warming.
We will strategically incorporate these actions toward the realization of a sustainable society into our management strategy and promote our business while setting long-term goals, and all employees of the EM Systems Group will unite in our efforts to solve social issues through our business and continue to take on the challenge of achieving a sustainable society, We hereby promise that we will continue to take on the challenge of realizing a sustainable society.

Internal Structure for Promoting Sustainability

EM Systems has established a Sustainability Committee.
The Sustainability Committee, which is chaired by the president, is composed of executives and mainly discusses the promotion of sustainability management and how to promote and realize sustainability.

The Corporate Strategy Division is responsible for planning management strategies and the realization of a sustainable society, as well as appropriate disclosure of information to stakeholders.

1. Digital Solutions for the Future of Medical and Nursing Care

Through our core digital technologies and solutions, we will improve the quality and efficiency of medical and nursing care facilities in Japan and create a future where patients and users can enjoy better services. We will also contribute to the promotion of regional medical collaboration and the creation of new services.

2. Secure Information Infrastructure and Governance to Build Trust

As a company that handles sensitive personal medical and nursing care information, we will build a strong security system and stable system infrastructure based on the most important “trust”. We will also ensure highly transparent corporate governance and adhere to high ethical standards in all our business activities.

We promote the growth of the entire organization by strengthening our investment in “human resources,” the most important asset of a company, and by creating an environment in which each and every employee can maximize his or her potential. At the same time, we will minimize the environmental impact of our corporate activities and contribute to solving environmental issues throughout society through our products and services.
